Capital markets.
Equity and debt for private companies that want to grow, acquire, or recapitalize, from the right investors and lenders.

Terms outlast the money.
The cash from a raise is spent in a few years. The terms, the covenants, and the partner who came with it stay much longer.
We match the type of capital to the plan, approach the investors and lenders most likely to fit, and make them compete on price and on terms.
You choose between real options, laid out side by side.
What we raise.
For established private companies, from a first institutional raise to a full recapitalization.
Growth equity
Minority and majority investment from firms whose timeline and style suit the company.
Private credit
Unitranche, second-lien, and mezzanine debt from non-bank lenders.
Senior debt
Bank term loans and credit facilities with covenants that fit the business.
Acquisition financing
Committed capital ready before an offer is made, so bids are credible.
Recapitalizations
Cash for shareholders without a full sale, through new debt, equity, or both.
Refinancing
Replacing expensive or restrictive debt as the company outgrows it.
Common questions.
What is the difference between a lender and an investor?
A lender is repaid with interest and has no ownership. An investor buys a share of the company and is repaid only through its growth or sale. Many companies use both.
What does private credit cost compared with a bank?
More, typically. In return it can lend larger amounts, move faster, and accept terms a bank will not. We show the full cost, fees included, before you choose.
Do we need audited financials to raise?
For larger raises, usually yes or close to it. For smaller ones, reviewed statements may be enough. We will tell you what your target investors expect.
How much should we raise?
Enough to reach the next clear milestone with room for delay, and not so much that it costs control or interest you do not need. We work this out from your plan.
What happens if the raise does not close?
Most failed raises fail early, at the stage of investor interest. We test appetite before committing to a full process, so you learn early and at low cost.
